Operations and Sales Manager


Mr. Matara Patrick works part time at The Leaders Guild, Tangaza University College. He is currently pursuing Masters in Project Planning and Management at Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA). He holds a BA in Liberal Art in Leadership and Management from DePaul University; School for New Learning, Chicago, Illinois, USA where he received Student Excellence Ward for Creativity, Clarity, Analysis and Presentation of Advanced Project in June 2016. He a co-founder of Information Ambassadors at Tangaza University where Emerald Publishing Group awarded them as the Best Presentation Award in 2014. He has a certificate in Child Protection Policy from Pontifical Gregorian University, Rome. He received a certificate from University of Cape Town on Education for All: Disability, Diversity & Inclusion, South Africa.

He is a volunteer at Edmund Rice Karibu Group in Kibera working with children and youths as a Trainer and Child Protection Officer who is very passionate in making a difference in children’s life and championing their rights and responsibilities.

Sr Margaret

Sr. Margaret belongs to the Daughters of the Sacred Heart (DSH).

She is a co-founder of the Leaders Guild Alumni Association on December 8th 2013 and is currently serving as the Program Coordinator.

She has eight years’ experience of working as a Parish Pastoral Coordinator, six years as the vocations directress, six years as a local superior, and three years as a formator in her congregation DSH.

She holds a Diploma in Catechetics and Pastoral Ministry from the Institute of Catechetics and Pastoral Ministry at Chemi Chemi ya Uzima Nairobi Kenya. She has a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Leadership and Management from DePaul University, SNL Chicago USA in which she received the Student Excellence Award. Has a Master of Arts in Social Ministry from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA), and has trained as a Certified Organizational Effectiveness Coach at Coach Development Institute of Africa (CDI).
