Theme: Digital World: Impact on Religious and Community Life
The webinar on the theme “Digital World: Impact on Religious and Community Life” facilitated by Sr. Agnes Lando Phd. a full professor of communication and media studies – Daystar University offered the Catholic sisters a thoughtful space to reflect on how digital technology is shaping their personal spirituality, communal relationships, and apostolic mission. It highlighted both the opportunities and challenges of living religious life in an increasingly connected world—showing how digital tools can support evangelization, formation, and outreach, while also calling for discernment to protect silence, presence, and authentic community life. The session encouraged participants to engage the digital world with wisdom and balance, integrating faith, prayer, and human connection so that technology becomes a means of deepening, rather than diminishing, religious and communal life.
