The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines Coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Three key components of TLG’s Coaching Program include leading self, leading others, and leading organizations. The goal is to create working environments where both the organization and the individual thrive.
Since 2016, The Leaders Guild- International Coaching Federation, Certified Organizational Effectiveness Coaches, namely: Sr. Margaret Mutiso, DSH, and Ms. Jacqueline Abuor, in partnership with other certified coaches, have offered coaching services.
In 2024, TLG added to the number of coaches; presently, TLG has five Professional Certified Coaches from the Coach Development Institute Africa.
Our coaching services can be online or in-person.
Individual coaching sessions, and coach-specific speaking engagements, workshops, and trainings.
TLG also works with many partnering institutions including but not limited to, Tangaza University College, Kenyatta University and Association of Sisterhoods of Kenya. As a result of these partnerships, TLG offers coaching services to students, sisters, staff, faculty at various institutions to enhance self-awareness of their inherent capabilities; create new possibilities and options, instill ownership and inbuilt accountability to achieve their objectives.
In addition TLG has partnered with the International Coach Federation-Kenya Chapter for two years during the International Coaching Week to offer a pro-bono #Experience Coaching Clinic services to over 100 participants. TLG also held leadership a coaching conference in 2019 for Catholic Sisters in partnership with the Association of Sisterhoods Kenya (AOSK)-Nairobi unit that had over 150 participants. Eileen Laskar: Master Certified Coach (MCC) facilitated the topic: Coaching for Leadership and Spiritual Integration.
From the feed forward and evaluations of TLG Coaching services, it is one of the leadership approaches that Catholic Sisters, Leaders and Entrepreneurs are keen on integrating in their organizations and communities.
